Hi great article! Yeah you really us how dumb those “sex workers” are, who are just in love with their own oppressors.
Can you link the “large and growing body of national and Hawaiʻi-specific research. These include health care workers, educators, first responders, family, friends, classmates, social workers, and state workers?” I was trying to find it but all I could find was statistics produced by largely by police and the McCain Institute at Arizona State University. I know McCain is really invested in a decolonial approach to sex work, since he really cares about the lives of POC and abolishing the police.
I would really love to find more research that agrees with your opinion that we should stop listening to people actually involved in sex work.
